Amenities @ Home offers a standard shipping option. Standard shipping is chargeable for all orders. There are two rates: one for Italy, via Bartolini express courier, at € 5,9 and an international one, via courier too, at € 27,9. This allows you to receive a tracking number for each order in order to constantly monitor the status of the shipment. Your order will be delivered when all requested products are available for a single shipment.

Once out of our facilities, the actual delivery of your order may be affected from various factors beyond the control of Amenities @ Home. However, we will notify you of any significant delay and will do everything we can to ensure that delivery goes smoothly.

Amenities @ Home will take care of shipping the products you purchase. The risk of loss or damage to the products will be transferred to you when you or a person appointed by you have physically taken possession of the products. Ownership of the products will be transferred to you when the courier picks up the products from our warehouse. At this point you will receive a shipment notification email.
